A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven teacher to join a motivated team of staff at The Woodlands Community Primary School, which is part of a growing Multi Academy Trust.
The Woodlands Community Primary School is seeking a dedicated classroom teacher to join us in September 2020, for the Autumn and Spring terms. As a member of our staff you will be instrumental in laying the foundation of outstanding standards of education and creating a stimulating and purposeful environment where our pupils can make excellent progress.
The successful candidate will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards of attainment and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and behaviour management strategies. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and their communities.

Essential skills and experience
You should have knowledge and understanding of:
the theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of all children statutory National Curriculum requirements at the appropriate key stage;
the monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of
the statutory requirements of legislation concerning Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, SEN and Safeguarding Children;
the positive links necessary within school and with all its stakeholders;
effective teaching and learning styles
You will be able to:
promote the school’s aims positively, and use effective strategies to monitor motivation and morale;
develop good personal relationships within a team;
establish and develop close relationships with parents, governors and the community;
communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) to a variety of audiences;
create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment.
