The job role consists of:
Having responsibility for teaching in Key Stage 2
Taking responsibility and be accountable for pupil attainment and achievement, by tracking pupils progress and supporting individual pupils’ learning needs
Ensuring that high standards of behaviour and respect are evident throughout the Primary Phase supporting colleagues in line with school policies and practice.
Supporting the Head of Primary to secure a high quality learning experience
Setting high expectations for all pupils through aspirational target setting

The Cavendish School is a popular co-educational Academy, catering for the 2-16 age range, which has had a Specialist Status in the Arts since 2002. We have a planned admission number of 60 in each year group in the primary phase and 180 for each year group in the secondary phase.
