What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:Assist in developing syllabuses, resources, and teaching strategies that enhance student achievement.
Teaching Excellence:Plan and deliver high-quality lessons, modelling best practises and using data to track progress and inform interventions.
Staff Leadership: Inspire and mentor colleagues to improve their teaching practises, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Strategic Improvement: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement policies and practises that drive student success.
You will be an experienced teacher with a passion for Mathematics education, demonstrating excellent classroom practice and a commitment to improving student outcomes. Your ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff will be essential in achieving our vision of high standards and excellence.
