Gillibrand Primary School is an amazing school in Chorley which currently has 210 pupils on roll. The Governors of Gillibrand Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding, inspirational class teacher, SENCO and KS leader (either KS1 or KS2) for September 2020. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to contribute and continue to develop Gillibrand as an outstanding school and have an impact on the lives of all our children.
We are looking for a Key Stage leader and SENCO who:
• has the children and their best interests at the heart of everything they do;
• has an excellent understanding of teaching, learning and assessment and is an outstanding classroom practitioner, leading by example.
• has the resilience, self-motivation and enthusiasm to work with the head teacher to continue to provide the very best for all children including children with SEND.
• Has strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• has good interpersonal skills and the ability to build and lead strong and effective teams
