What is the job role?

We are looking for a newly qualified or experienced teacher to join our amazing Key Stage One team!

Southfields is an innovative, vibrant and welcoming school set in the heart of Coventry. The school was described as a ‘haven’ and rated ‘Good’ in its recent Ofsted inspection (December 2022).

The start date for this post is as soon as possible, however we want the best candidate and we are willing to wait! We can be flexible with the start date and if that means Sept 2025, we can accommodate that for the right person!

Who are we looking for?

If you are newly qualified / qualifying this year or are already an     experienced teacher – you could be our next Key Stage One Teacher!

We are looking for individuals who relish the opportunity to develop their practice for the improvement of children’s outcomes.

We are looking for team players who will work within our existing fantastic team to collaborate on developing practice and provision.

Ideally, you will have an understanding of the Key Stage One curriculum and the delivery of phonics – we use Read Write Inc.

You will have high expectations for achievement and behaviour for all children.
