What skills and experience we're looking for
Kingsley Special Academy is looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside our amazing pupils. We invite family-focused individuals to join our experienced team who are keen to provide encouragement and offer positive outcomes for our pupils. Applicants should thrive on the challenge of understanding a child’s unique presentation and be adaptable to the ever-changing context of the school and classroom. The successful candidates will offer individualised support throughout the school day (and beyond in our play-scheme and after school club). What the school offers its staff
Kingsley Special Academy is a part of Kingsley Learning Foundation which includes Red Kite Academy in Corby. It is a Community Special School providing education, therapy, support and facilities for children aged four years to eleven years who have physical, medical, sensory, learning and communication difficulties. Many of our children have presentations on the autistic spectrum. The school can provide for 156 pupils who have an Education and Health Care Plan.
