Kitchen Assistant job summary

Kitchen Assistant

10 Hours - 12:15pm-2:15pm

Term Time Only

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team in the School Kitchen.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setting up and cleaning down of the dining area
  • Carry out general cleaning duties in all relevant catering areas
  • Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as directed
  • To assist in the service of food and beverages

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a certificate in Food Hygiene, or be willing to undertake training
  • Have the flexibility to work additional hours when requested
