KS 2 Class Teacher job summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed teacher to join our current staff team as we continue on our exciting journey of expansion at Eagle Farm. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational class teacher to join the team at our thriving, successful and happy school. We focus on establishing the highest standard of basic skills, whilst nurturing responsible citizens, successful learners and confident individuals. Children are at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is that every child is both challenged and inspired to achieve beyond their dreams.

We are a new and growing school with all the exciting opportunities this brings! We have recently joined a highly successful locally-based MAT with a proven strong track record over time. Staff surveys show high levels of positivity with being part of the IFtL Trust with key reasons stating the professional development opportunities and training, the family focus and sharing of expertise and strong collaboration between the schools. We would welcome you to join our dynamic team during this exciting time for the school.

Flexible working would be considered as would unqualified teacher status.

If you are keen to share your skills, high expectations, enthusiasm and dedication to engage and support our children in their learning and outcomes, then we welcome your application to join our expanding team. In return we can offer you:

opportunities to flourish through continuing professional development

a supportive and hard-working team

lovely children who want to engage in their learning

an encouraging buddy for all new staff members

a school, through its distinctive Christian character, that is outstanding at meeting the needs of all learners – (SIAMS July 2017) and where pupils flourish in our caring and friendly school (Ofsted June 2024)

Alongside your application, please outline on no more than two sides of A4 (font size 12) the skills and strengths you believe you can offer to our expanding team that will support our children within our distinctively Christian values and ethos.

Visits are warmly welcomed. Please call the number below to arrange for this. There is a tour on our website for you to access if you are unable to visit.
