Role overview:
This role will suit an enthusiastic and reflective teacher who is passionate about providing high-quality education for young children. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge all pupils.
- Promote strong progress in early reading, phonics, writing, and maths.
- Use assessment to identify next steps and close gaps in learning.
- Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and learning.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, colleagues, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and take part in professional development opportunities.
