Our school is looking to appoint an ambitious, hard working practitioner who can craft their understanding of teaching and learning to support progress for learners in KS1. In return, you will become part of a stable staffing body led by an experienced leadership team working within a collaborative and supportive MAT.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Evidence of strong, adaptive teaching and a positive track record of impact
  • Someone who is looking for their first step into teaching or someone who is looking to progress their career into leadership at Trust in Learning, based initially at Henbury Court
  • Someone who can motivate; someone who can bring their passion to ignite learning and drive outcomes
  • A practitioner who can naturally build relationships with staff, families and the children
  • Evidence of excellent teaching, whether on placement or within a previous post
  • The ability to drive pupil progress and help children to achieve the best outcomes
  • An understanding of children’s development in LKS2 and the pedagogical knowledge to support this development
  • The willingness to go above and beyond to close the gaps and remove barriers for our children and families
  • A commitment to personal development
  • The passion, motivation and enthusiasm to be successful
