A £2500 recruitment incentive (R&R) payment for successful candidates applying directly to RLT for this role, is payable after a qualifying period of two full terms in this role. This includes a 2-year retention period. Please see our attached information sheet for more details.

We work across four Phases: Early Years (Nursery and Reception), Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2), Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 and 4) and Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6). Our classes in Key Stage 1 and 2 are mixed ages. We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with vision and a passion for bringing out the best in all children and can make a real difference in our school.
