St Cecilia’s Church of England Primary School is a new, growing, 210-place free school in Matthewsgreen, Wokingham. We are part of The Keys Academy Trust which is a family of schools who work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for all children. We will be opening new classes in September 2026 and are therefore looking for the right candidate to join us on our journey.

Our recent Ofsted inspection (February 2026) recognised the school’s strong sense of community, ambitious culture and commitment to ensuring every child flourishes academically and personally. As one of Wokingham’s newest and growing primary schools, we offer exceptional facilities, a supportive Christian ethos and a collaborative staff team dedicated to delivering inspiring teaching and outstanding opportunities for all pupils.

We are looking for a dynamic and aspiring KS1/KS2 class teacher to join our team in a part-time capacity for either 2 or 3 days per week in September 2026.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • - sets high expectations of their pupils and has a track record of excellent teaching practice
  • - enjoys sharing expertise and learning from others
  • - is resilient and can build strong relationships with the children they teach
  • - is excited to contribute to the development of a school curriculum
  • - is keen to develop their career within our school and The Key Academy Trust
