What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a friendly, flexible and professional person to work in our school, supporting pupils in KS1.

We are looking for an LSA who has a good understanding of the teaching of phonics and would be able to teach 1:1 and small group phonics interventions.

We would encourage you to come and have a visit if you:

• Have had some experience of teaching phonics
• Are committed to raising standards for all children
• Demonstrate a commitment to pupils' development and pastoral care
