We are seeking an excellent classroom teacher and aspiring leader to join our team, with responsibility for leading a whole-school maths development project through a TLR3.

About the Role
This is a dual role combining excellent classroom teaching with a clearly defined TLR3 leadership project.
As a Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver consistently high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to succeed
- Create a classroom culture of high expectations, inclusion and engagement
- Use assessment intelligently to adapt teaching and secure strong outcomes
- Contribute to our collaborative and reflective professional culture
As Maths Project Lead (TLR3), working alongside Assistant principal for maths you will:
- Lead a whole-school project to implement and embed Oak National Academy maths resources as a coherent planning and teaching tool
- Work in alignment with Maths Hub principles, ensuring teaching reflects evidence-informed approaches to mastery, coherence and sequencing
- Support staff in adapting and using Oak resources effectively to improve consistency and reduce workload
- Develop a clear model of high-quality maths teaching across the school
- Monitor impact on teaching quality, pupil outcomes and staff confidence
- Provide coaching, modelling and professional development for colleagues
- Evaluate and refine implementation to ensure sustained impact
