After the successful promotion of our KS1 Leader to an Assistant Headship, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to become our Key Stage 1 Phase Leader. The successful candidate will be able to inspire drive in others to be the very best they can be to create a learning environment where pupils thrive. This role is ideal for someone that has already experienced leadership roles or who is looking for the next step in their career and will involve the successful candidate working closely with the school’s Senior Leadership Team.
Barnes Farm Infant School is keen to develop its staff and can provide a fantastic CPD programme linked to our CLP Trust’s training calendar and training resources.
We are a good school seeking to appoint an enthusiastic practitioner with a "can-do" attitude who is committed to raising standards ensuring that the school is the very best it can be to provide a memorable education to the pupils we serve. You will need to have an ability to work flexibly and enthusiastically with a variety of stakeholders.
This is a role with teaching and learning responsibilities (MPS/UPS with TLR2A). Please see the attached Job Description and Personal Specification.
The post is due to start Summer Term 2022 and will be a permanent contract.

Barnes Farm Infant School is a school for 4 -7 year old children in Chelmsford, Essex. We have a wonderful team of staff, active and informed governors and supportive families who all help the children to be safe and happy and to make exceptional progress. The children are divided into classes according to age. Children will progress through the National Curriculum on an individual basis with appropriate individual educational plans being provided for children with special educational needs and for gifted and talented pupils.
