Role: KS1 Class Teacher, KS1 Phase Lead and English lead

Location: Oasis Academy Pinewood

Salary: MPS / UPS (Outer London) + TLR2B

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Are you ready to lead with heart and purpose? We’re looking for a passionate and nurturing Key Stage One teacher to join our wonderful team as KS1 and English Leader.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Principal and SLT in the effective running of the Academy

• Leading curriculum, teaching, and assessment across KS1, ensuring high standards and inclusive practice

• Using data to close learning gaps and plan for all pupils, including SEND, EAL, PP, and high prior attainers

• Coaching and mentoring staff to ensure consistently strong teaching across the phase, identifying training needs and helping colleagues grow in confidence and skill
