The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to:

  • Lead our Mixed age Year 1/2 Class 3 days per week, working in close partnership with another teacher who leads the class .

  • Teach a small, close-knit group of 12 pupils, allowing you to provide truly personalised learning and build strong, meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in the core subjects.

  • Collaborate with your job-share partner to design meaningful and creative foundation subject learning.

  • Lead on a core curriculum subject, contributing to the wider development of our school.

  • Champion inclusion and drive provision for children with SEND across the school.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Values and promotes the nurturing ethos of our school.

  • Can adapt teaching approaches to ensure every child, including those with SEND, can access learning fully.

  • Inspires pupils to take pride in their work and experience success.

  • Has experience of teaching KS1
