Laughton All Saint's CofE Primary School is an extremely special school and is well loved by children, staff and parents.   • is an excellent classroom practitioner
  • has a secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum - excellent reading and phonics knowledge (RWI ideally)
  • is an inspirational teacher

  • can plan and deliver well prepared lessons, which are engaging and motivating
  • can ensure pupils make rapid and sustained progress
  • takes pride in creating an excellent learning environment
  • has excellent behaviour management skills
  • will contribute to all aspects of school life
