Are you passionate about Teachingand enjoy helping young people achieve their personal best and keen to expand on or develop your subject teaching skills? If so, we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for Teaching across at Pathways School and teaching primary age pupils. Teaching background will also be essential. You will need to have:

  • A passion for learning and willing to develop yourself into a sector leading educator

  • An understanding of social, emotional and mental health needs of pupils

  • QT status with a good honors subject degree

  • Recent experience of teaching English to students across the primary or secondary age range

Pathways is a new all-through special school for pupils with severe Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, who, for a variety of reasons find mainstream school challenging to manage. The school is part of the Eko Trust family of schools.
