Permanent KS2/3 Teacher (AS Complex) 1.0FTE Required to start January or Easter 2022, based at Trowbridge. NQT / MPS / UPS all welcome to apply SEND allowance paid – dependent on experience We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational, highly motivated, resourceful and enthusiastic Teacher to join our lovely school, to provide an irresistible invitation to learn. We need a practitioner who is skillful in designing and organising differentiated learning: • Do you appreciate and celebrate learning wherever it takes place? • Can you motivate a child who finds social interaction a challenge? • Can you always calmly respond to a child’s needs? • Can you celebrate all learning – the small, but huge steps of progress? • Are you ready to take a risk and believe in a child? You will need to have an excellent understanding of child development and experience of teaching pupils with SEN. You will need to be a willing and inquisitive learner yourself and have the ability to work as a team within your own class and within the Silverwood School community. The successful candidate will be expected to take an active role within the curriculum team. Visits to the school are encouraged and warmly welcomed by prior arrangement. Please note that this appointment is subject to enhanced DBS, medical and reference checks.
