KS2 Class Teacher at St Anthony's Fulwood job summary

We currently have a Year 5 teacher – full time, permanent vacancy. We will also be looking for a further temporary post for an additional KS2 role. The post will require you to work in a team to implement a successful and dynamic learning environment and curriculum that motivates the pupils, ensures happy children for excellent pupil progress. The post is from September 2025, however notice periods are negotiable. Applications are welcome from ECTs as well as experienced teachers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Degree /PGCE or equivalent qualification

Desirable Qualifications

Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies

Essential Experience

  • Confidence teaching all subjects across the primary curriculum
  • Excellent understanding/experience of assessing children's progress

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of children with additional needs
  • Successful and recent experience of teaching in KS2
