Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver and assess high-quality teaching and learning within KS2
- Create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high achievement
- Support pupils’ academic progress, personal development and wellbeing
- Use assessment effectively to inform planning and raise attainment
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos
- Ensure safeguarding procedures and best practice are followed at all times
- A passionate and committed KS2 teacher with high expectations for all pupils
- A reflective practitioner who is keen to develop their practice and make a difference
