The ideal candidate would be:
- Someone with recent experience of teaching in Key Stage 2 with a secure understanding of the national curriculum.
- Willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life and goes the ‘extra-mile’ for the benefit of the children.
- Caring, with the skills to develop and nurture every child.
- Able to deliver high quality-first teaching, in order to help all students to achieve excellent progress.
- Ambitious, self-reflective and committed to developing their own teaching practice in a supportive team environment.
