From September 2026, we wish to appoint an enthusiastic, effective, and inspiring teacher, who is passionate about teaching and eager to make a difference. Hartsbourne is an inclusive one-form entry primary school that is part of the innovative Bushey St James Multi-Academy Trust and work closely with the staff and young people at Bushey Meads and Little Reddings to support each other to improve outcomes for our extended community.

Applications are welcome from ECT’s and from more experienced teachers who are looking for a change. For anyone considering returning to teaching you will be fully supported back into the classroom. We offer excellent ECT’s support and opportunities for career development.

Heavily subsidised childcare is offered as a package with all posts within Bushey St James Trust (BSJT) at our Little Gems Nursery (situated at Little Reddings Primary School) for 6 months to 3 years old. For more information regarding Little Gems Nursery, please contact Rachael Coombs, BSJT Business Manager, through the HR Team on 020 8955 8833. Free membership of our Trust gym is also included.
