About the role

In the classroom, you’ll create a warm, welcoming learning environment where every pupil feels encouraged to thrive. You’ll play a key role in continually enhancing the quality of our pupils’ educational experience, using assessment methods that reflect the ethos and values of our school. You’ll also contribute to thoughtful, inclusive lesson planning that meets the needs of all learners, ensuring teaching and learning remain consistently high‑quality and impactful.
