We are seeking to appoint committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team at Harlescott Junior School. This is a position which supports inclusive learning and pupil development across Key Stage 2.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SEND team to support pupils’ learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development. You will help deliver targeted interventions, assist with classroom activities, and contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children in a school setting
  • Demonstrates a commitment to inclusive practice and pupil wellbeing
  • Is flexible, patient, and proactive in supporting learning
  • Can work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Holds a relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent
