What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and management of curriculum provision across the phase. This role attracts a TLR2a payment. The role involves:
- Being an outstanding teacher able to motivate and inspire children to achieve high attainment outcomes and progress.
- Be able to successfully role model high levels of high-quality teaching and professionalism whilst continually promoting a supportive and positive working environment within the Phase.
- Have recent successful experience of teaching in years 4,5 & 6.
- Have recent experience of leadership responsibility.
- Have a strong commitment to raising standards.
- Have high expectations of all children for learning and behaviour
- Be able to manage time effectively and balance different priorities
- Value the partnership between school, parents and the wider community
- Have a secure understanding of what an outstanding provision provides.
