What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, enthusiastic and committed KS2 classroom teacher to take this exciting position to work as part of our team at Flitcham Primary Academy, to provide high quality teaching provision for children, undertaking work, care and support programmes to enable access to learning for all pupils. You may, at times, be required to work at our partnership school, Sandringham & West Newton Primary Academy.
Flitcham Primary Academy is a friendly idyllic village school which is part of the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust (DNEAT).
The successful applicant will be supported by an Executive Headteacher, Executive Deputy Headteacher, teaching and support staff, colleagues from across our Federation as well as our Academy Trust. We work closely with our Academies Group Executive Principle (AGEP) who is another source of support for our staff. Opportunities for further career development is also possible through the Trust.
