We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to personal and professional development
  • Has experience of supporting pupils with well-being and mental health needs
  • Has aspirational beliefs for all children
  • Able to demonstrate or be willing to learn strategies to support pupils with SEND needs
  • Can work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Will embody our values of kind, prepared, safe
  • Has experience of being a KS2 teacher
  • Has adaptive teaching at the root of their lessons
  • It is desirable if you have experience of leading a curriculum area.
