  • Someone fully engaged with the wider life of the school and happy to take part in our extra curricular offer, running clubs and attending events.
  • Teachers who take ownership of their development, are dedicated to self improvementand can strongly evidence putting research and training into practice.
  • Our EY practitioner will be dedicated to providing children with experiences that extend, deepen and enhance. They will understand sustained shared thinking and intensive interaction. They will be an excellent teacher of phonics, understanding that early reading excellence is key to unlocking learning potential.
  • Our EY practitioner will have a comprehensive understanding of all EY statutory frameworks and duties and an excellent understanding of Early childhood education and development.

These posts would be suitable for both experienced teachers or those who are beginning their career as ECTs.
