We are currently seeking a KS2 Teacher for September 2024. The chosen candidate will consistently provide high-quality teaching and learning in all areas of the school. They should possess qualities such as compassion, resilience, and a strong understanding of SEMH/EBD.

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:

* Hold Qualified Teacher status.
* Have a proven track record of successful primary teaching.
* Demonstrate successful experience working in an SEMH school.

The Ridge is a very special learning community. We provide a "fresh start" for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health problems (SEMH). The curriculum is designed to support children in becoming confident and independent learners in a rapidly changing world.

The Ridge Academy is a specialist provision for children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. We teach children across KS1 and KS2 in small classes with an ambitious curriculum and increased opportunities for SEMH development opportunities.
