Hemel Hempstead School is seeking a dedicated, dynamic Teaching Assistant to support a highly targeted group of SEND and Pupil Premium students as they gear up for their GCSEs this summer.

In this vital role, you will:
Lead and coordinate support for a focused KS4 cohort
Boost progress in English, Maths and Science - both in class and through intervention sessions
Work closely with students, parents and staff to ensure every learner gets the support they need
Collaborate with teachers, Heads of Year, the SENDCo and external professionals to drive success
