Hemel Hempstead School is seeking a dedicated, dynamic Teaching Assistant to support a highly targeted group of SEND and Pupil Premium students as they gear up for their GCSEs this summer.

In this vital role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate support for a focused KS4 cohort

  • Boost progress in English, Maths and Science - both in class and through intervention sessions

  • Work closely with students, parents and staff to ensure every learner gets the support they need

  • Collaborate with teachers, Heads of Year, the SENDCo and external professionals to drive success
