KS5 Mathematics Co-ordinator job summary
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, experienced and motivated practitioner, as our KS5 Mathematics Co-ordinator. It is essential for candidates to be able to teach up to Further Mathematics to KS5.
You will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards of attainment and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and behaviour management strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Multi Academy Trust which has a fantastic team of teachers who are dedicated to supporting pupils to make great progress as well as working as a tightly knit team. The Trust puts a very high priority on meeting the professional development needs of its staff to enable them to progress within the Trust.
At KS5 we have over 200 students who study A level Mathematics, Further A level Mathematics or level 3 Core Mathematics with results in these subjects consistently above the national average. Many students continue to study Mathematics or related subjects at University.
