What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have gained an NVQ Level 3 qualification for classroom assistants or equivalent or have relevant experience.
- Have very good communication skills both written and verbal
- Have very good Maths and English Skills
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Be willing to work as a team player or on their own initiative
- Be an excellent, innovative support with a commitment to promoting high standards
- Have a willingness to undertake training
What the school offers its staff
We are willing to support the successful candidate to obtain Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) through the Early Years Initial Teacher Training Programme (EYITT) fully funded by the Department for Education (DFE).

1. Level 3 Teaching Assistant in FS with a view to completing the EYITT Qualification
2. Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Nursery/Early Years
