We are looking for an ideal candidate who will work with us to provide positive, effective supervision of children during wrap around care.

We are looking for a candidate who:

As the Wraparound Care Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our after-school provision. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensure a warm and inclusive environment, and work closely with school staff and families to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage daily wraparound sessions

  • Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development

  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment for all pupils

  • Lead and supervise wraparound care staff

  • Liaise with parents and carers to support children’s needs

  • Ensure policies and procedures (e.g. safeguarding, health and safety) are followed at all times.

About You:

  • Experience of working with children in a primary school or childcare setting with a Level 3 in Child Care
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and nurturing in your approach

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Paediatric First Aid and DSL Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete).
