Belmore Primary School are looking for a Lead Administrative Assistant for our school. You would be the main person on our front desk working alongside other members of our admin team.
We are looking for someone who:
Is kind and can share our caring ethos with all children, families, staff and visitors
Is organised and efficient in managing workload and competing priorities in the busy office environment
Has good literacy and numeracy skills
Enjoys being part of a hard working team
Has the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Enjoys working with children and puts their needs first always
Has a professional and positive approach along with the ability to communicate clearly, sensitively and effectively with a wide range of people
The ability to exercise total confidentiality at all times.
