Hours: 37 hours a week, 43 weeks a year

The role:

We are currently hiring a Lead Administrator who will:

* Lead on and facilitate (in liaison with the Operations Manager) effective and confidential communication systems and administrative support for the Academy.
* Liaise with the Operations Manager for the daily supervision of the Administration team.
* Line management responsibilities for the Administration team.

We would welcome application from candidate with the following:

* Experience of working in a busy office environment

* Strong administration skills including proficiencies with IT systems such as Office or Google.
* Proven experience in an office supervisor or equivalent role
* Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with staff, students, professionals, parents/carers and outside agencies
* Ability to investigate, analyse and interpret a range of information and make objective recommendations
