Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced school senior leader to deliver on the Teaching School Hub remit to increase school engagement in ITT. You will play a crucial role in supporting local schools and ITT providers in the recruitment of trainee teachers.

The position requires an individual who can work both strategically and operationally, encouraging collaboration between schools and ITT providers. You will have a track record of successfully leading projects within and across schools and effectively engaging stakeholders from across the education sector.

You will have:

  • Credibility as an experienced and successful school senior leader with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • The ability to work with school senior leaders across the sector.
  • An understanding of ITT.
  • The ability to work as a system leader across schools and with ITT providers.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of pedagogical techniques and evidence-informed practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Full commitment to our vision and values.
