North Walsham High School, part of the Enrich Learning Trust, is a small secondary school in Norfolk. We are a rapidly growing school that has a strong community of dedicated staff who live out our vision and put the success and happiness of our students at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational full time Lead for Pupil Development - Key Stage 3
The successful applicant will:
- Ensure high quality pastoral support for students;
- To develop students’ sense of belonging in school;
- Be a role model of the school's values and The North Walsham Way;
- Be passionate about removing barriers to student achievement;
- Be an alternate safeguarding lead;
- Embody and model our values of trust, resilience, excellence and kindness;
- Be dedicated to ensuring students continually improve;
- Communicate effectively and proactively with families;
- Lead and manage systems for Young Carers;
- Be committed to always improving.

We have really strong supportive policies on feedback, reporting, centralised planning and behaviour for learning (including centralised detentions).
