Lead Intervention Teaching Assistant job summary

This role involves:

Modelling effective intervention implementation
Screening and assessment of children to gauge their stage in learning as well as identifying gaps
Monitoring and evaluating the success of interventions
Planning and leading CPD for the Teaching Assistant Team
Communicating with SENDCo, SLT, families and teaching staff
Supporting with adaptation of resources to enable access to quality first teaching
