What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
have experience as a Speech and Language Therapist
have high expectations of achievement
Be able to lead and develop others
Have the expertise to support the Trust Inclusion Service
have experience of inclusion and supporting vulnerable families
Want to work at both an operational and strategic level within the organisation
Be expected to lead and be responsible for the delivery, co-ordination across the Trust as well as maximising opportunities to deliver training and support externally.
