What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • have experience as a Speech and Language Therapist

  • have high expectations of achievement

  • Be able to lead and develop others

  • Have the expertise to support the Trust Inclusion Service

  • have experience of inclusion and supporting vulnerable families

  • Want to work at both an operational and strategic level within the organisation

  • Be expected to lead and be responsible for the delivery, co-ordination across the Trust as well as maximising opportunities to deliver training and support externally.
