This is a new role and a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Science teacher to develop their leadership career. You will have the experience of working with a highly effective Head of Faculty and a team that has a strong balance of talent, commitment and skill.
The role is not dependant on any particular subject specialism, but you will need to be really passionate about what you do. Evidence of research based pedagogy as well as any whole school impact re staff CPD would be viewed most positively.
Our recent Ofsted described behaviour as exemplary (Outstanding). Our students deserve and respond in the way we would want them to with colleagues who embed our values as well as embodying the level of community that is so important to us all.
