Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an inspirational practitioner with the aptitude and passion to take on a leadership role in science. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • The ability to lead, engage, and motivate students and colleagues
  • High expectations for academic achievement and student outcomes
  • Expertise within one or more science disciplines or key stages

Our Science team is a growing, close-knit group dedicated to raising standards across Key Stages 3 and 4.Lucy Grant, leader of science, is a teaching and learning specialist keen to fully support the successful candidate. The role has arisen following the retirement of the current Lead Practitioner and former Head of Department, this is a unique opportunity to shape the department’s future direction.
