What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced, flexible and high-quality teacher to lead teaching and learning work across 2 Primary (Houldsworth Valley and Ditton Lodge) and 1 Secondary school (Newmarket Academy).

The role will include:

• Coaching staff to support high quality Teaching and Learning across the Primary and Secondary Phase
• Completing model lessons and team teaching across the curriculum in both Primary and Secondary
• Class teaching commitments and assessments in both Primary and Secondary schools
• Leading project work across Newmarket; working in collaboration with leaders from Primary and Secondary schools
• Using researched based evidence to drive our schools to excellence
• To support the journey of our pupils from Early Years to GCSE’s Experience of AST/Key practitioner work previously would be an advantage.
