You’ll lead by example, inspiring colleagues with your dynamic classroom practice and delivering high-quality CPD that raises standards and energizes teaching. Your expertise will empower others, as you coach, mentor, and collaborate to ensure every lesson is a step toward excellence.

Working closely with the Head of Department, you'll help secure exceptional learning experiences for our students at every Key Stage. You’ll champion high achievement, nurture a love of language and literature, and unlock the potential of every learner.

This is more than a teaching role, you'll forge strong connections with teachers across our Trust and local primary schools, working together to create seamless, high-impact learning pathways and exceptional outcomes for all.
