Ready to make a real impact in Geography? At Ebbsfleet Academy, we’re seeking a passionate Lead Practitioner - Geography to elevate our Geography department and inspire the next generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Geography lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Lead curriculum development and share best practices to improve teaching across the department.
- Use data and innovative approaches to improve student outcomes in Geography.
- Provide leadership and support to colleagues, helping them to grow in their teaching practice.
- Work with the senior leadership team to lead on aspects of whole school improvement with the Teaching & Learning Team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with expertise in Geography.
- A strong track record of improving teaching and learning.
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
