Leigh Academy Wilmington is seeking an inspiring and innovative Lead Practitioner of Geography to join our distinguished faculty. The Role

As a Lead Practitioner, your influence will extend beyond your own classroom. You will be a catalyst for excellence, responsible for:

• Driving the quality of teaching and learning by modelling "gold-standard" practice and mentoring colleagues.
• Taking a lead role in the day-to-day management of course provision, ensuring a curriculum that is as rigorous as it is engaging.
• Optimising the deployment of staff and resources to create a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Implementing data-driven strategies to raise student achievement and ensure every learner reaches their potential in the field.
