As a Lead Practitioner, you will promote a relentless focus on the quality of Teaching and Learning in Science.

If you are a truly inspirational, highly motivated and forward-thinking leader, with the energy and passion to bring about change this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
About the College
Set in the leafy borough of Bromley, with close links to the M20, the College is a listed and an iconic building. Historically, Kemnal Technology College had been an 11-16 boys’ school but last year we opened and welcomed girls into Y7.
Our belief is that all our students should achieve academic success and have access to a varied co-curricular syllabus in order to complete their educational journey. Our students are happy and are provided with a safe and caring environment in which the talents of different individuals are respected and encouraged to flourish.
Staff have high levels of professionalism and work hard to ensure that every student can shine. College Leaders have a very clear educational philosophy which is focused around the values we want our students to acquire before taking their place in the adult world. This is why we strive for an ambitious, resilient and considerate community.
At the heart of everything we do are our students. Our curriculum is student-centred and we aim for their education to be inspiring, stimulating and challenging.
Our staff are appointed for their passion, their enthusiasm and their imagination in communicating with students to ensure that every single child in their class is engaged, excited and challenged by the learning experience at all times. Our vision is to empower students so that they are able to take control of their own future and have enhanced life chances as a result of learning with us.
