Lead Practitioner in Science job summary
We seek to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, and dynamic Lead Practitioner in Science who can deliver outstanding lessons and lead the development of innovative, creative and outstanding teaching of Physics within the Department, supporting the development of Teaching and Learning across the school.
Applicants must be well-qualified, enthusiastic and inspiring colleagues to join our highly regarded and successful Science Faculty. The faculty has an outstanding leadership team and collaborative culture. We pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring student progress through high-quality teaching and learning provision for all. The successful applicant will share these values and play an active part in the Science curriculum at all levels. You will be able to enthuse and motivate our students with your passion for the subject and creative teaching, presence and personality. Applications are invited from motivated and inspirational teachers who are ready for leadership; you will be expected to demonstrate a proven track record of exceptional outcomes, high quality teaching and purposeful learning in your current role, and the ability to inspire people successfully.
