Lead Practitioner - Maths job summary

The Lead Practitioner (LP) of the Maths Department will be responsible for driving high standards of teaching and learning within the department. They will model outstanding practice, lead on pedagogy, and work closely with the Second in Charge and Head of Department to improve student outcomes. The role is focused on professional development and the implementation of innovative teaching strategies that cater to all learners, with a particular focus on inclusion and whole-school numeracy initiatives.
